4 radishes
Salad to taste (i.e. corn salad, lollo, lettuce,...)
Walnut kernels to taste
Salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil to taste
Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Etichetta Verde
Wash and dry the whole salad.
Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise with the potato peeler and leave the strips thus obtained in cold water.
Wash the radishes and cut them into thin rounds.
Serve the salad with carrots strips and radish slices. Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Etichetta Verde.
