Ingredients

8 slices of brown bread / seeds bread

Bitter oranges marmelade to taste

50g of rucola salad

160g of mortadella (thin slices)

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Mazzetti l’Originale – Etichetta Bianca

Preparation

Gently toast the bread slices in the oven or on a grill.

Spread a thin layer of bitter oranges marmelade on the bread slices.

Wash and dry the Rucola salad. Then, dristibute it on the bread.

Lay down the thin slices of Mortadella on the bread slices.

Finally garnish with drops of Balsamic Vingar of Modena - Mazzetti l'Originale - Etichetta Bianca and serve the bruschettas.
