Ingredients

For the anchovies:  

16 Anchovies
flour
bread crumbs
Extra Virgin Olive oil

4 leeks
Rosato (Rosé) Condiment Mazzetti l’Originale
Salt
Pepper

For garnishing:

3 leaves of lettuce
1 tomato
1 red onion

Preparation

Remove the anchovies' heads and their bones. Quickly wash the anchovies, cover them with the flour and the bread crumbs and fry them in olive oil.

Chop the leeks and put them in a big pot with ½ litre of water, one tea spoon of oil and put the pot on the fire.
After 15 minutes of boiling add ½ glass of Rosato (Rosé) Condiment, salt, pepper. Leave on the fire for 2 minutes more, then pour the hot marinade on the fried anchovies, which you already put on a dish. Leave to marinate for 6 hours at least.

Serve the anchovies on the lettuce. Garnish with some thin slices of tomato and onion.
