Ingredients

2 Cantaloupes

5 teaspoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mazzetti l’Originale Four leaves

4 cherries in spirit 

Preparation

Halve the Cantaloupes and remove the seeds.

Fill the Half Cantaloupes with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mazzetti l’Originale Four leaves and garnish with one cherry in spirit.

Serve the Cantaloupe cold.

Alternatively, it possible with the aid of a corer, to make small balls with the Cantaloupe pulp and join them with the Balsamic Vinegar in the half Cantaloupes peels.
