For the beefsteaks:
3 coffe spoons of butter or olive oil
Cremoso Mazzetti l’Originale
2 glasses of water
For the vegetables:
Boiled French beans and roasted potatoes
After having beat the meet, melt the butter in a non-stick pot (or warm the olive oil).
Cook the beefsteaks for 6-7 minutes. Add 4 tea spoons of Cremoso Mazzetti l’Originale and 2 glasses of water.
Let cook gently till the water will have evaporated.
Serve the beefsteaks with the boiled French beans and the roasted potatoes.
