Pour 2 tea spoons of extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pot and warm it up on the fire.
Open the eggs directly in the pot paying attention not to break the yolk.
Let cook for few minutes, till the albumen will be completely white.
In the meantime, halve a garlic clove and scarp it on the bread slices.
Pour a teaspoon of olive oil in a pot, put it on the fire and when it will be hot, add the bread slices. When the bread will be blond turn it on the other side.
Serve the eggs garnishing them with the Cremoso Truffle Mazzetti l’Originale and the bread slices.
