For the fillet of beef:
1 kg of fillet of beef
extra virgin olive oil
For the sauce:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mazzetti l’Originale Three leaves
Put the fillet in an oven-dish adding the spices and the extra virgin olive oil.
Cook it in the preheated oven at 250°C for 20minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce joining the oil to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mazzetti l’Originale Three leaves.
Add a teaspoon of Worchester sauce and salt.
When the fillet is ready cut it and serve with the special sauce.
