4 salmon fillets
2 yellow sweet peppers
16 cherry tomatoes
4 small onions or 2 onions
Cremoso Bianco (white) Mazzetti l’Originale
Cut the salmon filet into cubes and spit them in a wood stick alterning them with slim slices of onions, peppers and tomatoes.
When finished, flavour the sticks leaving them in a vinaigrette of oil salt and pepper for one hour.
Turn on the griddle and wait till it will be red-hot and grill the sticks for 7/8 minutes turning them when needed.
During the cooking flavour the sticks with Cremoso Bianco (white) Mazzetti l’Originale.
At the end of the cooking pour the parsley on the sticks.
Serve the Salmon and vegetables sticks garnishing with Cremoso Bianco (white) Mazzetti l’Originale.
