Salad of shrimps with Balsamic Vinegar and Sultana raisins

Ingredients

For the Salad:
300 g of Shrimps
400 g of mixed green salad

200 g of Lollo salad
70 g of Sultana raisins
2 tea spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mazzetti l’Originale One leaf

extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Preparation

Shell the shrimps and cook them in a non-stick pot for few minutes with extra virgin olive oil. Add the Balsamic Vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for a minute more. Let the shrimps to cool.

In the meantime, wash and cut the mixed salad, add the Sultana raisins (already soaked in cold water) and the shrimps. Season and serve.
