For the Salad:
150 gr. rucola salad
30 gr. walnuts
65 gr. goat’s cheese
For the condiment:
Bianco (White) Condiment Mazzetti l’Originale
Extravirgin olive oil
1 teaspoons of chopped basil and origanum
Peel the apples and slice them. Leave them for 5 minutes in a cup with water and lemon to avoid oxidation.
Wash the salad, cut it and put it in a bowl. Add the walnuts, the sliced goat’s cheese and the chopped spices.
Finally add the apples slices and season with salt, oil and Bianco (White) Condiment Mazzetti l’Originale.
